I’ve been accompanying folks in psychotherapy and mentoring for the past 26.5 years, through creative, playful, and somatic approaches. I have been in private practice since 2001, and maintain a vibrant online psychotherapy practice. I am also opening a few spots in person in the Victoria area.

I am a Registered Couple and Family Therapist in Canada,. a Registered Canadian Art Therapist, Registered Clinical Counselor in BC, and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. For the past 26.5 years my practice has been rooted in the arts and the wisdom of the body. I am Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Soul Motion Teacher. I trained in Art Therapy (1999-2001) and Hakomi (1999-2002), and then in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (2003-currently). I have trained in Dance Movement Therapy and in Movement Based Expressive Arts, Sandtray Therapy, Theraplay, Play Therapy, and Drama Therapy.

I am a Certified Advanced Practitioner of Senorimotor Psychotherapy, an Approved Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Consultant, and a Certified Trainer for the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute. I also serve as faculty at the Kutenai Art Therapy Institute.

I have trained extensively in EMDR and in DBR, in the treatment of anxiety, PTSD, Complex Trauma and the theory of structural dissociation, in Infant-Preschooler Mental Health, Child, Youth, and Family Therapy, and in Couples Therapy.

I work with many neurodivergent folks, gifted creatives, as well as parents of neurodivergent kiddos, many couples, many folks seeking depth in change and transformation, folks exploring purpose and career redefinition, and with many therapists as a mentor, therapist, trainer, and consultant.

My practice in Victoria has several branches: i) sessions outside in beauty with Earth and Sky, ii) in-person indoors sessions at the beautiful Center for Relational Ecology in Victoria, and iii) sessions in community spaces in both workshops and class series.
